Eat something you don't like

Added by Dan Zambonini on 5th June, 2008

We all grow up with certain tastes, usually handed down by the food our parents cooked for us. I used to hate onion, but now love it. What other foods that I think I don't like, might I actually like? Mushrooms? Olives? Anchovies? (Oh, I do hope not...)

Give something that you don't like a second-chance, and maybe you'll open up a whole new range of culinary experiences to enjoy.

Try it blindfolded with a friend if you want to remove any psychological barriers (actually, maybe you'll want nose-plugs too for some foods).
