Authentication
To use the Smynx API, you will need to register for an API key, which will provide access to all public content.Available API methods
The following API methods are available to use.
Ideas
- Get idea details - Returns details of an idea
- Search ideas - Search all active ideas
Locations
- Get location details - Returns details of a location
- Search for a location - Returns details of a location
Try-outs
- Get try-out details - Returns details of a try-out
- Search try-outs - Search all upcoming public try-outs within a geographical area
Users
- Get user details - Returns details of a user
- Get a users friends list - Displays a users friends list
- Get a users ideas list - Returns a list of ideas that the user has added
- Search for a user - Search for a user by name and email address
